I started cutting in 5th grade. At first it was just a few scratches, and then i started to use razors from box cutters. I was young, and didnt really know what i was doing. I jsut wanted the pain to go away. I stopped cutting in 6th grade, and i thought i stopped for sure, and now, in 8th grade, I tried it just once, and ive already become addicted. I havent done it in an entire month, and every night i feel like relapsing. I dont know what to do anymore. Im addicted. it'll always be like this

It won’t always be like this sweetie, sure the battle is tough now but you won’t have to battle this your whole life. Because you started so young it may seem like it won’t get better…. But it does! I promise you that! Stay positive and do healthy, productive things to get your mind off your troubles. It will get better! Stay strong love
